Slowly bring your knees toward your chest, picking your butt up off the ground slightly. You need to concentrate on your stomach muscles. You will be doing this exercise in sets of 3-4. Make sure you do 15 – 30 reps each, resting 2-3 minutes between each rep. There are other various exercises out there that can help you get a flat stomach, but these 2 are definitely the best.
